Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions for using the Fantasy Memory app (the "Service") provided by Hyperity Corp. (the "Company"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

The Service organizes the photos on your device and, when you ask, uses AI to create an edit plan and a video for a day. Photo organizing and highlight videos (the chosen photos woven together in time order) are free. Your first 2 AI story videos are free; after that, a subscription is required.

3. Subscriptions

• Monthly and yearly subscriptions are available. Prices are shown on the subscription screen in the app and on the App Store and Google Play.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account on iPhone, or to your Google Play account on Android, when you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can cancel or change your subscription on iPhone in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions, and on Android in Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. After canceling, you can keep using it until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refunds follow the policy of the store you paid through. You can request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or from Google Play through the Google Play refund page.

4. Usage limits

While subscribed, you can make 1 AI edit and 3 remakes for each photo date, and call AI editing up to 60 times a month. Failed calls are not counted. Remaking a video with different length or caption options does not count toward these limits.

5. AI results

The clip choices, captions and diary written by AI are suggestions based on your photos and may not be accurate. You are free to save and share the results. You keep the rights to your photos and to the results.

6. Your responsibilities

Use only photos you have the rights to, and respect the rights of other people in your photos when you share results.

7. Limitation of liability

The Company works to provide the Service reliably, but does not guarantee against interruptions caused by device conditions, networks or outages of outside AI services, or the quality of the results. The Service never edits or deletes your original photos.

8. Personal information

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will post the new version on this page with its effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If this English version and the Korean version differ, the Korean version prevails.
